Hello. My name is Christine. As a mother, providing my children with good nutrition is important. I researched the types of foods we ate and learned about the Slow Food movement, pescetarianism, juicing, yoga, the U.S. food industry, and more. As a family, we’ve made a lot of new discoveries about the U.S. food industry that has moved us to change our eating habits. As a graphic designer with a passion for branding, a growing interest in handtype and illustration, and desire to consume beautiful, nutritious fruits and vegetables from local farmers, I hope to share with other parents the benefits of Slow Food and how to access local produce, proteins, and prepared foods made with Slow Food ingredients.
